I'm thankful that you were able to find someone who not only understood your food allergy restrictions, but was also able to provide you with the kosher food you desired at your wedding. I often think of food restrictions in regards to allergies and intolerances alone, but religious and cultural traditions, vegetarian/vegan eaters, etc. have food restrictions that carry a lot of personal meaning.
